We process the data that you provide during the contact procedure. This includes your name, company, telephone and mobile number, e-mail addresses and the personal data resulting from your contact message.

We process applicant data in accordance with Art. 88 of GDPR in connection with § 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) (new).

Data that you provide as part of the application procedure will be saved for a maximum of six months.

As an Interested Party contacting via the online form

If you are using our online form, your contact data is processed electronically by our partner webflow.com and sent to us via email. Your data is exclusively used internally as part of the ongoing contact procedure.

We will store the submitted data for the purpose of contacting as an interested party for our e-Paper service. Your data will be stored for 6 months after completion of the contact procedure, and will be deleted after these 6 months, provided that the deletion is not opposed by justified interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. (f) of GDPR. For example, a justified interest within this meaning is the burden of proof in proceedings.

The e-mail box for contact processing are secured in such a way that only the employees responsible for processing can access your data. All our employees are obliged to maintain secrecy and to comply with data protection according to the GDPR and the BDSG.
